In PlanVera, installers mark their work and its progress directly on the digital drawings they’re using, and related instructions and comments can conveniently be added straight to the drawings too.
Because the status updates in real time as the work happens, tracking progress no longer requires a separate round of reporting. In PlanVera, site management can see — even remotely, with a single glance — what’s been done, what’s still in progress, and how the site is progressing right now.
PlanVera — More Than a Digital Red Pen
At the core of PlanVera are digital drawings, but the service goes further than a typical PDF markup tool.
In PlanVera, markups can be attached directly to the symbols and other elements in a drawing. This means the status of a single installation, for example, can be updated effortlessly right on the drawing, instead of drawing a separate marking on top of it. What’s more, earlier markups and comments reliably carry over whenever the drawing is updated to a new version.
PlanVera’s convenient layer management lets you bring work phases, markup types, and whatever information users need into view exactly when it’s needed. The drawing can be set to show only the relevant information at hand — so you’re never overwhelmed by all the data a site accumulates at once.
Together, these features turn the drawing into a plan that also provides a real-time, reliable view of the site’s status.
